VOCA IP Camera

Setup StageInstall App, Connecting IP Cam, Wifi Setup

Please make sure that you have connected to the power in the IP Cam.
If needed, please reset the IP Cam by pressing the reset button located at the bottom or at the back.

Please delete the device from the device list, and add it by Smart Link again. 

To delete the device from the list:
iOS App: swipe the device’s name to the left. 
Android App: press the device’s name until the “Cancel” pop-up window shows up. 
Please make sure your smart phone WIFI enabled and joined the proper wireless  network
1. Please make sure that you have entered the correct wifi password. 

2. Currently some routers can provide dual frequencies, 2.4 and 5Ghz. Since our product support only 2.4Ghz at this stage. Please make sure network frequency is 2.4GHz.

Basic FunctionMemory card recording, Live view operations

Please make sure that you have used different username to log in to the App. 
Each IP Cam supports up to 5 mobile phones to access live view simutaneously. 
Please go to Date Time & Media Settings to change volume
In 32GB memory card, you can record up to around 14 days of video (continuous recording). 
Please check storage info to see SD capacity is non-zero. If your memory card is a new one, please format the card. 
There are 2 types of recording in VOCA IP Cam. 

If you record the video by pressing the “record” button at live view screen, the videos are stored under “Images” tab in the App.

Other videos (including Manual recording, Alarm Recording and Scheduled Recording in Record Setting) are stored in TF memory card. You can find the videos by clicking the device name, and clicking “Playback”. 

Advanced Function Alarm

Only 1 email address can be setup for each camera. 
First, please make sure that you allow notification in your mobile setting. (In “Setting”, find “VOCA” App, inside “Notification”, turn on “Allow Notification”). 

Second, the alert message will only pop-up when the App is running.
Please make sure that you have configured the Gmail account to allow the App to access the account. 

Click “Turn on” here. 

After changing the configuration in Gmail account, you may need to unbind the email address and do the binding again.

Yes, you will need to have a least one Flic in order to use the Hub.

我如何設置我的Flic Hub?
There is no button to push. All you need to do is connect the Micro USB cable provided to a 1A output (recommended) plug and the Hub will automatically power up. During the boot process the LED will shine a constant bright RED. When the Hub is ready the LED will dim to 10% brightness and shine continuously. You can turn off the LED in the app under the Hub settings page. The Hub will remain powered as long as it is plugged in.

Yes! With the Flic Hub LR you can connect your buttons to Apple HomeKit and trigger your HomeKit enabled accessories. Note that you need an Apple Home Hub (Apple TV, Apple Home Hub or an iPad) in order to use Flic with your Apple HomeKit setup.
The first time you set up a third party device, you will have to configure it. This means that you will either need to log in to their service or connect their physical hardware to the hub. Each action will take you through the necessary steps to get the integration up and running.
Yes, no problem. As long as your WiFi speaker, e.g. a Sonos, is already setup and connected to a network then the Hub and Flic will be able to control it.
The Flic Hub is not able to directly control ZigBee or Z-Wave devices but we do support local network and cloud connections. My smart devices are not listed in the Flic app, help! If we don't directly support your device in our Flic app then be sure to check out any cloud service providers such as IFTTT, Zapier and Microsoft Flow. These services support a huge catalogue of Also we’re constantly building support for more and more devices.


Hub Mini SetupHub Mini Setup

Step 1. Install SwitchBot App and sign up SwitchBot account. (If you are a SwitchBot user already, please skip this step.)  Launch the App and tap "Sign in"on the left side menu.

Step 2. Authorize the Bluetooth and location services on your phone.  Then tap "Add Device" in the App, choose "Hub Mini".

Step 3. Press and hold the button on top of Hub Mini until the indicator flashes and then tap "next." And input SSID and password. (note: 5G Wi-Fi is not supported for now). You can change the device name at the same step.

Tap "OK" after you set up the Wi-Fi. Now you can see your SwitchBot Hub Mini on the App's homepage. Enjoy!
